A. Single Family Residential User Fees
After initial occupancy, each Single Family Residential User (“SFR”), including without limitation, builders within the District shall be charged for service on a monthly basis according to the volume of water used and in accordance with the following schedule:

| $47.70 | Minimum monthly charge per SFR equivalent connection for sewer as determined by the District’s engineer (institutes first 10,000 gallons usage) |
| $1.50 | Sewer rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage between 10,001 gallons and 20,000 gallons |
| $1.75 | Sewer rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage between 20,001 gallons and 25,000 gallons |
| $2.00 | Sewer rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage above 25,000 gallons |
B. Non-Single Family Residential User
After initial occupancy, each Non-Single Family Residential User (including a Non-Taxable User) and each unit occupied by a separate business, including separate establishment within a single buidling, shall be charged at the rates applicable to Single Family Residential Users times the number of units within the building.
C. Public Space User
Water service will be provided to public esplanades, lakes, recreational areas or green spaces (“Public Spaces”) within the District at a rate of $1.00 per 1,000 gallons of water usage per month with no charge for sewer service. To promote conservation of the District’s water supply, however, Public Space users will pay an increased rate to be set by the District if the District determines that the Public Space user’s water usage is excessive, inefficient, and / or wasteful.
D. Irrigation Systems
Metered water connections authorized by the District and establish soley for the purpose of providing water to irrigation systems shall be charged monthly for water usage at the rates and in the manner quoted for Single Family Residential Users. There shall be no sewer service charge for irrigation meters.
E. Garbage Service
Each Single Family Ressidential User shall receive garbage service. No exceptions will be made.
The Brazoria County Groundwater Conservation District (“BCGCD”) assesses a fee to the District for each 1,000 gallons of groundwater withdrawn by the District, and other fees may be assessed by regulation or contract with the District based on groundwater consumption. Each User of District water for any purpose, shall be billed, in addition to the water rates set forth herein, a separate amount for each 1,000 gallons of water delivered to such User in a billing cycle times the amount charged to the District by the BCGCD or any other similar entity for each 1,000 gallons of water for that period.
